Oyster

Oyster mushrooms have a white to light brown to a darker brown, funnel-shaped cap, with whitish- yellow gills running up a short off-center stem. Our strain is a New Zealand native. They are a staple of the mushroom world and are great to eat. They have a delicate savoury flavour that is slightly nutty. They can be used fresh or as a dried product or added as a powder to improve flavours.
